As you have not mentioned the class for which you are interested as mentioned on website. There is no TS Scholarship Last Date for Pre Matric ePass Scholarships since the scholarships are available throughout the year. The last date to fill the Post Matric TS Scholarship Last Date 2020-21 is 31st December 2020 15th February 2021.
