The registration date for JEE MAINS 2022 will be announced soon in the month of December for the February Session, i.e., the exam will be held in the month of February. So, you have to wait for it and have to keep a continuous look at the site for the same.

The National testing agency has not yet declared the dates for the release of the application form for JEE Main 2022. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to conduct the JEE Main 2022 exam in four sessions - February, March, April, and May. The JEE Main 2022 application form date will be notified soon on NTA JEE Main website - jeemain.nta.nic.in 2022. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. NTA will start accepting JEE Main 2022 application form tentatively in November but it is not started yet. It will be released soon.
