See JEE-Main final result has been declared on September 11th and if you have appeared in both attempts of JEE-Main that are January and September/April then the best of the two results would have been considered as a final result. Admission in NITs are not made through your percentile, instead admissions are made on the basis of the ranks which you have secured against your percentile which is mentioned in your NTA Scorecard.
