See the meetings for the blueprint of conduction of classes in colleges/universities are going on. Based on the relevant discussions and advises the Government of Maharashtra will release its instructions. As per the details available, for most of the cases its advised that the student who will join the college must be doubly vaccinated and if anyone is not double vaccinated then the college authorities may conduct a special round of vaccination  to vaccinate its students. So how this will be done aren't yet decided but meetings are going on and its expected that you will get some news in this week.
