As we know that in Maharashtra circumstances are very worst and cases are not decreasing and in this situation Maharashtra government has decided to keep the schools and colleges closed till October 31st and if we discuss about the latest UGC Guidelines then it clearly states that from November 1st new session should be started for first year students either in online made or offline mode whichever will be most convenient as per the situation. There is no any news regarding reopening of schools and colleges in Maharashtra. As of now online classes system has been adopted by almost all institutions.
