KVPY stands for Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana Examination. It is a national-level fellowship programme in the field of Basic Sciences. The KVPY Aptitude Test is conducted by the Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc), Bangalore every year  The result of KVPY will be declared in February 2021.  It aims to encourage students to take up research careers in Science.
