After the completion of the examination which is going to be conducted on July 26th, after a while by looking into the stats of the number of students appeared  for the examination, exact dates will be declared. NEET results are said to be announced in the Month of August in last week but there's no exact date out about the revelation of results. So wait for information from NTA or MHRD.
