You are not permitted to sign on the admit card before entering the examination hall.There are some rules which you have to strictly follow in order to avoid any discrepancy or they may violate your appearance in the examination.Please read the instructions carefully.All the best

Where it is given by aiims that sign should be done before or after and what about the date and place

It is mentioned on the instructions given on admit card ,you are not going to give boards exams you are applying for AIIMS , definitely the level of strictness will be greater there.
