Dear aspirant, 

Firstly you have to pay the fee for your certificate verification which is 1200 for OBC/general/bc and 600 for sc/st.

After the payment of fee you have to give the photocopies of your original certificates for the verification at the help centers. 

Then after certificate verification you can select your colleges at the cyber cafe, help centers or at your home.
