The results of NTSE stage 1 exams has been released for some states while for others it will be released in February/March 2020. You should stay tuned with NTSE result to know about state-wise stage 1 results.

The authorities of State and Union Territories will declare the result of NTSE 2018 Stage 1 in the month of December, 2017 as the particular date is not yet released so I would suggest you to keep visiting the official website to know all latest updates for the same.
