JoSAA 2017 has announced its schedule around 7 pm on June 7. The procedure for joint counselling and seat allotment for admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs will begin with registration and choice filling from June 15 (10 am), whereas the registration and choice filling for JEE Advanced AAT 2017 will begin from June 19 after its result declaration on June 18. As per the official notification released by the joint counselling body, for admission year 2017-18, the entire procedure of JoSAA 2017 counselling and seat allotment will be conducted from June 15 to July 19, 2017 in 7 rounds along with 2 mock seat allotment rounds. Last year the counselling and seat allotment was held in 6 rounds. This means that there will be 1 more extra round of seat allotment this year as compared to last year.
