As of now, the official dates for the UP AYUSH Stray Vacancy Round 2025 have not been announced. However, based on previous years, it is expected to be held in November or December 2025 . In 2024, the Stray Vacancy Round took place from 4th to 7th December.

Candidates who did not receive a seat in the first three rounds are eligible to participate. Registration for this round will be open to all candidates, including those who registered earlier.
