It is not clear for which counselling you want to know as you have not mentioned about the entrance.

Nevertheless, if you meant Rajasthan NEET Counselling 2020, then it started on 1st November with the release of the notification. The last date for submitting the application form and depositing the application fee on the website was 6th November, 2020.

The selection of candidates is through online counselling. So, the candidates have to register for the counselling in the website to sit for the counselling.
