The fees you are talking about is to be paid at the time of counselling of iPUCET. Once you will pay the fees then it will be further adjusted in your college fees which you will allotted from counselling process. So 40,000 is just for counselling process and should not be considered as successful admission fees.

Yes you need to pay the admission when required by the counselling procedure or the college when ntified or demanded. Otherwiae no admission process is complete without the admission fee. Please note that this fee may not be refundable so choose which seat you get wisely during the counselling process. You need to give by demnad draft or any other suitable payment method.
