The dates for CSAB counselling haven't been out yet.
The dates can be notified by official website any time soon.
CSAB UT 2020 will be conducted to provide admissions to those candidates who have the state eligibility of Union Territories (Damn & Diu, Lakshadweep & Khandvi, Andaman & Nicobar, Dadar and Nagar Haveli).

Well, you can apply for CSAB 2020, after the completion of josaa counselling, since the dates are not released yet, so you should check at csab.nic.in after 7th November 2020(josaa counselling ends or the final round of josaa), on daily basis, to get the info of registration opening...
