You can do LLB after graduation but it doesn't directly make you a CID Officer. You have to qualify for the entrance exam. Also two year experience in uniform is required for it. LLB course is a good choice as it will help you to join CID Department.

CID is a very prestigious and respectable department which deals with Crime and Investigation. You can join as Assistant Sub Inspection if you go through entrance exam.
