UGC has published the revised calendar for commencing new sessions and the calendar is only advisory, depending on the institute and state the classes will be online most probably.

According to the calendar,

Beginning of Classes (Fresh Batch) starts : 18th November, 2020

Exams: March 8 to 26, 2020.

if we talk about online or offline mode so it depends on particular state or city that What state government is allowing.

if there are more number of patient of Corona so classes will be online.
