The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has stayed the counselling process again in compliance with the Bombay High Court Nagpur Bench orders. As per the latest notification released by MCC, "Counselling is kept in abeyance as per directions of Hon'ble High Court of Bombay Nagpur Bench in W.P. 3885/2018 and PIL No.87/2018" [sic].

The MCC has once again been forced to stay the counselling process due to the above-mentioned cases being heard by the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court. The next hearing will take place on July 31.
