You have not mentioned the name of the exam but yes you have tagged JNU , so I am guessing that your query is in regarding with JNU application form

JNU entrance examination application form has not been released yet it will be released tentatively in the third week of April 2021, while the exam will be conducted in the 4th week of May 2021.

Once the application form gets released you will be able to fill it following the given below steps

* visit the official website of JNU and do the registration

* then you need to fill the application form

* Upload your documents,
