Admit card is a hall pass that will allow you to appear in the entrance exam. You need to be registered and must provide your contact number as well as email. You will receive a mail when admit cards are uploaded. It is possible that admit cards will be out in the third week of may. And the exam for b.com hons will be conducted on 15 june 2019.
