According to various news articles in all probability it might be declared on 10th or 11th. They themselves are in a rush to publish the results as soon as they can because the exam was delayed due to the elections and classes are to begin from the first week of July as always.
Now that you have waited for 10 days just wait for a while more.

Clat result was scheduled to be declared in 2nd week of june and CLAT 2019 result is expected to be out on June 10, 2019. NLU Odisha releases the CLAT Result 2019 online at clatconsortiumofnlu.ac.in. To check the result, the candidates need to log-in by entering their mobile number and password. The result for CLAT 2019 is released in the form of a scorecard. Keep the scorecard for future refrences.
