A tentative date is yet to be announced. As per a leading daily,

"... clarified that schools will not reopen in the state until Diwali is over and added Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray will assess the situation (before taking any decision) after Diwali ."

Though there are speculations are that colleges may reopen during late December or early January. But there has been no official confirmation as of yet.
