As we know that as of now in Maharashtra cases are gradually decreasing and the circumstances are becoming favourable and the Maharashtra government has decided to keep the schools and colleges closed till October 31st as a preventional measure and if we discuss about the lates UGC Guidelines then it clearly states that from November 1st new session should be strated for first year students either in online made or offline mode whichever will be most convenient as per the situation. There is no any news regarding reopening of schools and colleges in Maharashtra. As of now online classes system has been adopted by almost all institutions.
