Hello rohit
Group discussion and personal interview will be heald in third week of march 2019 and fms bhu counselling starts in first week of may 2019.

When the cutoff and shortlisted for gd will be announced?

Date is not announced for cut off and shortlisted for gd but it is likely that the official will keep a cutoff bracket between 75 to 85 percentile. Once the cut off will announced the shortlist process will starts.
