As per MCC's rule the security deposit money of 10000 is supposed to be refunded to the bank account thriugh which you made the payment after 15 days from the date of publication of refund details on the mcc.in website. And it is refunded to only those candidates who did not get seat in any round of counselling and for those who accepted the allotted seat during counselling. For the latter , it will be adjusted through college fee . In case you were allotted a seat in one of the rounds and decided not to accept (except for the 1st round where free exit option is available), then the fee will not be refunded . So to whichever category you belong to ,accordingly the refund will happen. You may even contact them  directly by mail or helpline and seek assistance in case the refund does not take place. You can visit the MCC website to know more. Anyways ,do not worry about your money , if you are eligible to get the refund , you will get it for sure ir will be adjusted in your college fee . Your money will not be lost.
