As of now for official key date  has not yet been announced . However National Testing Agency will soon release its answer key on its official website . Further it has been expected that it may release by September 7, 2020 (tentative) . So you stay tuned .

As of now there has been no date confirmed about the release of the official answer key however, you can expect the answer key in the next week as the examination will be done by then and NTA usually release it 2-3 days after the examination.
