JEE Main papers are always released along with the response sheets, which are usually released after around one week after the last session of JEE Main has ended. However, if you want to go for unofficial sources, then ALLN, Resonance and other coaching institutes release the memory based question papers in a few hours only, however they are less accurate, but you may go through them for the time being.
