If you talk about the opening of Medical colleges for Freshers, it greatly depends from State to State depending on the Covid situation in that state.

According to some media reports, some of the Medical colleges may reopen and resume physical classes for MBBS students on or before December 1, 2020 but the Final call is yet to be taken.
