NEP 2020 will be implemented slowly in all the schools and universities across India. There isn't a particular date as to when a particular unit will implement it because it is a time taking process. NEP will be implemented in a phased manner slowly across country. 2020 wasn't a feasible year to implement it because of the disrupted academic schedule. But, till 2025 all the schools will be rationalised and by 2040 all the Higher Education institutions will become multidisciplinary.

NEP will be implemented to all the sectors of the education system slowly and in a phased manner. 2020 wasn't a feasible year to implement it but by 2025 the school education will be entirely implemented by NEP and by the targeted year 2040 it will be implemented in all the sectors of Higher Education.

So, there are no certain time frame when it will get implemented in Mumbai University.
