I am a student from Presidency University, Kolkata. To get admitted you first have to appear for the PUBDET exam, the forms of which have already been released for quite a time now. Based on your performance, the University will release the merit list and will summon you for counselling. The merit list will generally be released on 16/7/2019 (tentative).

The admission forms for undergraduate courses are released after the board results are out.

They’ll be released once the results of the major boardss like ISC and CBSE are out. So you will have to wait till then.
