Universities in India generally have 2 semesters, autumn and spring. If you wish to start during the autumn (July to November), submit your application at least 3 months before July. For the spring semester (January to April), submit your application at least 3 months before January. in many colleges and Universities admissions have already started since results have declared in May. Protocols and delay many colleges are still giving admission but the date for appreciation form is completed.The state education department has declared the academic calendar for 2022-23 through a notification dated May 19. As per the calendar, the state run universities will have to begin the admission process for first year students from June 1 and complete it by June 22. since it is already August almost every colleges of universities have closed their application forms since it is time for taking admission.
