Malavika, the expected time for the application to start was third week of May. So they will release it in one or two days.

You can visit www.kea.kar.nic.in to register.

There are three major phases in filling the online form viz. Registration, Application Form Filling, Uploading documents with Application Fee Payment (INR 650). After registering successfully, you can download your admit cards for PGCET from June 20.
