Visvesvaraya technological University in karnataka was established by the government of Karnataka. It is one of the largest universities in  India with 212 colleges affiliated to it.

It depends on last year admission in 2018 which was extended due to elections.

This year it might be from August 1 or at last of July. Usually it starts immediately after the admissions.
