Colleges will only open after the government and authorities of the respective institute ensure 100% safety for the students and staff against the pandemic. Schools might open after November 23, but people are more apprehensive about colleges because students from all corners of India attend these colleges. When they travel from distant places, it increases the risk of contamination too. To control the pandemic, this has to be avoided so utmost care is to be taken.
