Dear Charvi, the Madras High Court has passed an Order in the favour of the petitioner by asking the Concerned authorities to set aside a seat for the petitioner for this Academic season without disturbing any candidate's prospects. As per the new schedule released by MCC, the mop up round for Deemed/Central Universities and ESIC will be held from August 13th to 26th. And these might be tentative too. We would suggest you to keep an eye on the official website at mcc.nic.in

According to the latest circular released on 11 July 2019 on the MCC website, seats for the insured person ESIC will still not be included in the second round of counseling till any further notice by the Madras High Court.
And also there's no schedule regarding the same, neither on MCC website not on the ESIC website.

So, nothing can be predicted.
