Session starts soon after the counselling is over.
You will also get notified by the respective college.

Dear aspirant

It will start as soon as neet counseling get over. It will not wait for the first MBBS exam completion which is scheduled to be conducted mostly in January according to NMC schedule.

Chances are there the classes may start by November. Till then wait for the official announcement.
