For the New Education Policy to be implemented the government will need a number of years and as per information the government has set a target to implement it in another 15-20 years for the entire policy to be implemented.

See, the government has decided to implement the full NEP by 2040. The target will be reached slowly. So, it can't be said as such that in this year or next year, the policy will be implemented in degree colleges for sure. It is a slow process and will eventually be fully implemented.
