Please understand that your question is not very clear and lacks essential information associated with it such as most importantly it lacks the name of the college. Although we can understand that you want to know about the dates for stream change from B.Sc to BA for a particular college but we need to know the name of the college as the rules and dates for stream change tends to differ from one college to the other and even in some colleges there isn't any provision for stream change.
