MCA is master of application and Btech is Bachelor in technology so  off course Master degree is higher priority but if we go through the job opportunity then Btech is higher opportunity rather then MCA but when go through salary package then both are holding similar position and a a fresher you can get minimum 3-5 lpa but it will vary by your employer with your skills .
