Manipal doesn't upload their question paper anywhere. And as the papers are online, it makes things even harder to record the questions. 

Your preparation for national level tests is more than enough. Just go through all the concepts and formulas before giving the exam. Also, make sure you practice English too.

Other than that no need to solve the papers.
