The scope of certification depends on a lot of things and factors . As CELTA is one of the good course. As I can't say that you will get a good job with some good package just by crossing this course.

If you get a job just after it then it is totally your luck . As most of the people do free lancing to get some experience in the field that further help them to land to  a good job with quite good packages.
