There is no centre for IELTS exam in Jammu and Kashmir. You will have to choose an alternative test centre to take your exam. 

The test centres nearby are :-

1. IDP education - Jammu 

Address - registration address 610-616, 6th floor, international trade tower, Nehru place

2. Amritsar, Punjab, India

IDP education - amritsar 

Address - SCO - 28, 1st floor, taneja towers, D.S.C, ranjit avenue, block B, amritsar, punjab 

You can choose a test centre according to your convenience.
