As per your rank in jEE mains you have chances for getting a decent college.
But, definitely you won't be able to make it to the top/best NITs/IIITs as your rank doesn't match as per the requirement.
Also you can get a decent college under UPSEE.

Hello your rank is good enough to get a seat in nit but you would not get streams like cse or ece. You can get nit Bhopal, silchar, pondicherry, sikkim, Mizoram, Manipur and Nagaland in the special rounds. You can get streams like biotechnology, chemical engineering, mechanical
