How to select seat non locals

Dear student, the dates for the mop up round for Karnataka Neet counselling 2019 have not been finalized. The mop up round is subject to release on the basis of availability of seats till the end of round 2 counselling process. If the seats are available, the mop up round will begin with the announcement by the counseling team.
