Hello,

15% seats in all Government Medical colleges across the country are open for All India Candidates.

Under 15% All India Quota, candidate can take admission in Government colleges only.

In private colleges there are -

Management quota seats, in which candidates from All India can apply for admission.

Government quota seats, in which candidates belonging to the state in which the college is located can apply for admission and

NRI seats.

So, if you want to apply for private colleges in other state you will have to apply for management quota seats.
