Hi Aspirant,

The nature of job of an Electrical and Electronics Engineer is purely technical in the domain of marine industry and thus when such an engineer is posted at any naval base it should be clearly understood that he/ she has been hired to work on or maintain and upgrade ships or vessels that are posted in that naval yard.

Now it is debatable whether or not that engineer would be sent on the ship itself on its travels or not as it is entirely a need based mechanism but mostly your work would be in the naval base working on the various ships that are stationed there.

BEST WISHES!
