Hi Sathya, I will list out what are all the mandatory documents which are to be produced before the counselling.

1) Admit Card

2) Result

3) Date of Birth Certificate

4) Class 12th certificate

5) conduct certificate

6) Residence certificate

7) Caste Certificate

8) Transfer Certificate

9) medical certificate for oph candidate

10) six passport size photographs

Also try to have a zerox copy of these certificates for safety purposes.
