Master of Laws (LLM) is a One-year full-time postgraduate programme in Law offered by Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.

The Eligibility criteria for taking admission in LLM Course is,

1. A candidate should have qualified the Post Graduate entrance Test ( PET )

2. The candidate should have passes L.L.B. or equivalent degree securing a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate considering all the papers in Three Year / Five Year LL.B. Degree Course recognized by the Bar Council of India.

3. The applicant should not be more than 35 years of age
