BvSc is easier course compared to mBBS which is more indepth and rquires practical examination  

BVsc is easier to understand given its complexity is lucid and with good coaching it appears easier. 

MbBs however is indepth and has power packed syllabus of fundamental and hence more difficult comparatively.
