Sorry to say but it's true that your score is too low. You cannot expect any government or semi government college at this rank.

If you can afford then you can go for counselling and take admission in any private college else go for coaching this year . Prepare hard this year and bounce back high next year.

I suggest you to go for for coaching one more year. Apart from this as you had qualified NEET so you are eligible for admission in private colleges.
